B.A.R.K.S. looks after several ‘sanctuary cats’, which have various ailments, are nervous, shy, feisty or just quite elderly. They are cared for by one of our fosterers in her own home as they are not able to be re-homed. Each cat has its own special food and medical needs. which costs up to £31 per cat a month - almost half of our monthly expenditure.
And that’s why B.A.R.K.S. would like YOU to help US to look after THEM.

HOW TO DONATE TO US
You can make a difference.
Most of BARKS' income comes from voluntary donations. However, we need approximately £30,000 per year to keep the foster homes running, most of which is taken up with food, cat litter, animal bedding and vet fees.
All donations - however small, help us care for the animals and keep the organisation running, are very greatly appreciated.

You can donate to us via Paypal.com which is a safe and secure online payment company, you can even pay via credit card, we do not have acces at all to any of your card details, it's a very safe way to donate. Just click on the donate picture above

DONATE MONTHLY OPTION By donating between £2 and £31 a month you can help us to cover the cost of one of our sanctuary cats. In return we will send you a sponsorship certificate with a photo and the personal details of your sponsored cat. We will also send you annual updates on its health and progress.

BECOME A COMMITTEE MEMBER
B.A.R.K.S. is a friendly and informal committee run charity. We need to committee members to attend monthly meetings to help with the running of B.A.R.K.S. Without committee members there would be no committee. Without the committee B.A.R.K.S. would cease to function. What would happen to the stray or unwanted cats and kittens then? Would you like to be more involved? Would you like to help organise events & help make decisions that benefit all the animals in our care?
